W Fiber by Wink White. The Fiber that's gonna help you get a better way to poop and also help you lose weight. For me, it is a very big deal when I ate a lot of foods and the next day I'm bloating as hell. Like I'm carrying a baby except it was a food baby!

วิธีดื่ม / How to drink
ตัวไฟเบอร์เป็นผงสีขาว เมื่อละลายน้ำแล้วจะค่อยๆกลายเป็นสีแดงออกชมพูนิดๆ น่าดื่มค่ะ
Tear = Mix it with 150 ml of cold water or room temperature.
The supplement has a white colour powder which becomes red when melted in water.
ชง = ชงให้เข้ากันจนละลายในน้ำ

The taste was sweet with a bit of sour like juices because the main extracts are from berry and it gave a fruity smell.

Also, don't forget to drink fresh water for 1-2 glass after finished a glass of Wink white fiber. The most important part is you need to have proper nutrition which contains 5 groups of food.

ความรู้สึกหลังดื่ม / My impression after drank
ปกติดื่มไฟเบอร์แล้วเวลาจะอึเนี่ย ฟาจะปวดท้องมากปวดแบบเหงื่อแตกแบบอยู่นิ่งไม่ไหวหรือต้องไปนั่งรอที่ชักโครก แต่ วิงค์ไวท์ฟาดื่มแล้วไม่ปวดอะ มีแค่อาการรู้สึกว่าอยากจะอึแค่นั้นแหละแล้วก็เดินไปอึได้สบายๆค่ะ เป็นตัวช่วยที่ทำให้พุงยุบแบบไม่เจ็บตัว อย่างที่รู้ๆกันว่าถ่ายแล้วพุงก็จะยุบเดี๋ยวฟาให้ดูภาพความยุบของพุงหลังถ่ายไปค่ะ
I used to try another fiber before I decided to try Wink white. I have to say Wink white made my toilet life way easier because I don't feel stomachache situation before I need to poop anymore. Let's see.. my before and after of how it does to my stomach.

Before I make a purchase on Wink white. I keep hearing people claimed about how good the product is blah blah. Then consider that it must be that good cause it has a very popular reputation in Thailand and Indonesia. Celebrities using it and some are even a presenter for it.
